Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically proficient Technical Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training programs on industrial automation and mechatronics technologies AND PRODUCTS. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring students, engineers, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and hands-on training on Industrial Automation and Mechatronics, robotics, pneumatics, & medical technologies.
- Conduct practical TRAINING sessions on PLC, HMI, Robotics, Pneumatics, VFDs, Servo Systems, Motion Control, Machine Vision, LASER WELDING SYSTEMS.
- Develop technical training modules, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Conduct customer AND IN HOUSE TEAM, training programs.
- Demonstrate products, installation procedures, commissioning, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Organize TRAINING workshops & seminars.
- Assess trainee performance through practical evaluations, assignments, and assessments.
- Maintain training documentation, attendance records, and participant feedback.
- Mentor FRESHERS and professionals on industrial projects and automation applications.
- Ensure equipment, training kits, and demonstration systems are maintained in excellent working condition.
- Collaborate with Sales, Application Engineering,



Technical Support, and Product teams to develop customer-focused training programs.
- Support pre-sales demonstrations, exhibitions, customer visits, and technical presentations whenever required.
- Continuously update training content in line with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Industry certifications in PLC Programming, Industrial Automation, Robotics, or Mechatronics will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in Technical Training, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional technical knowledge, strong presentation skills, and hands-on project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with teaching or faculty experience in Engineering Colleges, Polytechnics, ITIs, Skill Development Institutes, or Vocational Training Centers are also welcome.
