Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic DSA Trainer to train engineering students in Data Structures & Algorithms, problem-solving, and coding interview preparation. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. Fresh graduates with good coding skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions on Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Teach core DSA concepts such as:
- Greedy Algorithms
- Explain time and space complexity (Big O Analysis).
- Conduct coding practice sessions and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Create assignments, coding challenges, quizzes, and assessments.
- Guide students on coding platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeChef, and GeeksforGeeks.
- Conduct mock coding interviews and placement preparation sessions.
- Track student progress and provide individual feedback.
- Assist in curriculum development and improve training content.
- Travel to partner colleges for training programs whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Good programming knowledge in Java, Python, or C++.
- Good understanding of OOP concepts.
- Knowledge of complexity analysis.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE) or MCA/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or related field.
- 2025 or 2026 graduates are preferred.
- Freshers with strong DSA knowledge can apply.
- Candidates with competitive programming experience or coding contest participation will have an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Active profile on LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeChef, or Codeforces.
- Knowledge of basic System Design concepts.
- Understanding of placement interview patterns.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
