Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Member to join our engineering team in building next-generation robotic surgery and AI-powered healthcare solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality medical technology products.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of robotic surgery platforms and AI-driven systems.
- Develop scalable software, embedded systems, and cloud-based applications.
- Support the implementation of machine learning and computer vision solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, clinical advisors, and product teams to deliver cutting-edge healthcare technologies.
- Participate in system architecture, software development, testing, and product validation.
- Ensure software quality, cybersecurity, and data protection best practices.
- Assist with rapid prototyping, debugging, performance optimization, and product iteration.
- Contribute to technical documentation and support regulatory compliance activities.
- Work closely with senior technical leadership to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant medical technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong background in software engineering, robotics, artificial intelligence, or medical technology.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or similar.
- Knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Experience or understanding of machine learning, computer vision, or robotics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on healthcare, medtech, robotics, or AI projects.
- Familiarity with medical device standards and regulatory processes (FDA, MHRA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience with embedded systems, ROS, cloud technologies, or edge computing.
- Previous experience in startups or fast-paced product development environments is a plus.
