Job Summary:

The Technical Trainer will play a critical role in strengthening students’ technical competence and industry readiness by delivering application-oriented training in data analytics, digital technologies, and emerging tools. The role is to promote skill-based education, experiential learning, and employability-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured and experiential training in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and SQL, with a robust emphasis on real-world applications of data.

Introduce students to AI tools, Cloud technologies, SAP fundamentals, and Digital Marketing platforms, ensuring exposure to contemporary industry practices.

Train students in collaborative and project management tools such as Jira, Mural, and Figma, supporting interdisciplinary and project-based learning.

Design course content, lab exercises, case studies, and assignments aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles.

Guide students in data analysis, visualization, reporting, and interpretation using practical datasets and industry-relevant scenarios.

Support academic projects, internships, certifications, and innovation-based initiatives promoted by the University.

Mentor students academically and technically,



including providing guidance during doubt-clearing sessions and practical workshops.

Contribute to continuous curriculum enhancement by keeping training content updated with evolving technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

Strong domain knowledge in applied data analytics and data-driven applications.

Hands-on proficiency in data and visualization tools along with exposure to AI, Cloud, SAP, and Digital Marketing ecosystems.

Ability to engage students through practical, interactive, and learner-centric teaching methodologies.

Good communication skills and commitment to student development and academic excellence.

Prior experience in technical training, teaching, industry practice, or academic delivery is desirable.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Applications / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence / Information Systems or related discipline.

Relevant industry-recognized certifications in one or more of the following areas:

a) Data Analytics / Business Intelligence (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

b) Programming & Databases (Python, SQL)

c) Product & Project Tools (Jira, Mural, Figma)

d) Digital Technologies (AI tools, Cloud platforms, SAP, Digital Marketing)
