- Technical Support
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- LMS / ERP / HRMS Support
- User Access Management
- Desktop & Network Support
- Zoom & Microsoft Teams Support

Eligibility
- BCA / B.Sc. IT / BE / B.Tech / Diploma in IT
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic Networking Knowledge
- Problem-Solving Mindset

Shift Timings
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
