Position: Technical Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and React.
- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor and guide frontend developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD practices.




- Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions.
- Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment and release management.

Must Have skills:

- 8–12 years of software development experience.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Angular (v12 ).
- 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
- Experience with RxJS, NgRx, Redux, React Hooks, Context API, and state management.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, npm, and Yarn.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

- Preferred Skills
- Experience with Micro Frontends.
- Knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, or Karma.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
