We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Technical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the cosmetics industry. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay updated on product offerings, technical specifications, and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D;, marketing, and operations) to drive sales success




- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service, technical support, and after-sales follow-up

Qualifications & Experience

- Educational background in one of the following:
- B.Tech in Cosmetics / Chemical Engineering

OR

- B.Sc. in Chemistry
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience in the cosmetics industry
- Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, or raw materials
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools
