Technical Sales Coordinator - INVENTA SYSTEMS
Location : S.G Highway, Ahmedabad
We are hiring a Technical Sales Coordinator with a basic life science background, good communication skills, and knowledge of MS Office or Zoho. Full technical and sales training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily coordination and scheduling
- Manage customer queries, order processing, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update sales and customer data
- Prepare straightforward reports, presentations, and documentation
- Support product promotions, campaigns, and events
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genomics, Life Sciences
- Fresher to 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling
- Good communication, organization, and learning attitude
