Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews
- Support the onboarding process for recent hires
- Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations
- Participate in employer branding initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Assist in creating and updating training materials for recruitment processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is desirable
