Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
Apply Boolean search techniques to identify and attract quality candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach and preliminary assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Follow up with candidates and interview panels for timely feedback.
Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
Track recruitment activities and assist in preparing hiring reports.
