Job Summary

:We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruite r with expertise in hiring for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance ) sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and closing positions such as

Relationship Manager (RM), Relationship Executive (RE), Customer Service Executive (CSE), Banking Sales Executive (BSE), Sales Manager (SM), and Branch Manager (BM ). The recruiter should be proficient in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing through job portals and social media platforms

.Key Responsibilities

- :Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI and banking-related roles
- .Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, referrals, and social media
- .Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- .Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- .Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- .Negotiate salary, roll out offers, and ensure smooth onboarding




- .Build and maintain a strong pipeline of BFSI professionals
- .Meet hiring targets within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
- .Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment trackers
- .Develop sourcing strategies for volume and niche hiring
