?️ Good Communication Skills are Mandatory Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.

Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.

Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate salary, compensation, and joining dates with selected candidates.

Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation, background verification, and onboarding.





Build and maintain a solid pipeline of technical talent for future hiring needs.

Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.

Update candidate information in the ATS/CRM and maintain recruitment reports.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical roles.

Excellent sourcing and networking skills.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and ATS.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
