Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly disciplined, and results-driven US Technical Recruiter with 3 to 4 years of experience recruiting IT professionals for the US market. Operating remotely from India during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, you will manage full-lifecycle recruiting with an aggressive outreach model - connecting with 40 to 50 candidates daily to ensure quick time-to-fill and high-quality talent placement.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong grasp of the modern technology landscape, a goal-oriented mindset, excellent English communication skills, and comprehensive knowledge of US employment terms, visas, and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Source, attract, screen, evaluate, and submit top-tier IT talent across various technical domains (e.g., Cloud/Data Architecture, Software Development, DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, Infrastructure).
- High-Volume Candidate Engagement: Proactively cold-call and connect with 40–50 candidates per day (active and passive job seekers) to maintain a deep talent pipeline.
- Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct thorough phone screens to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, soft skills, compensation expectations, availability, and alignment with job requirements.
- US Labor & Visa Compliance:



Assess and verify candidates' legal work authorization and tax terms in full compliance with US labor and employment regulations (W2, C2C, 1099, H-1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card, US Citizen).
- Speed & Metrics Execution: Work against clear KPIs focused on reducing time-to-fill, maximizing submission-to-interview rates, and driving offer acceptances.
- Database & Sourcing Management: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Boolean search strategies, and Google X-ray searches to source candidates and update the ATS/CRM.
- Submissions & Offer Coordination: Format and present qualified candidate profiles to account managers/hiring managers, schedule interviews, gather feedback, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience dedicated to the US IT staffing market.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Tech Landscape Comprehension: Solid operational understanding of current technology stacks, engineering roles, cloud architectures, frameworks, and skill relationships.
- High-Volume Outreach Capability: Proven ability to make high-volume calls and engage 40–50 candidate connections per day.
- US Visa & Employment Knowledge: Robust working knowledge of US work authorizations (H-1B, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, TN, GC, USC) and contracting tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills with strong negotiation and interpersonal capabilities.
- Working Schedule: Must be able and willing to work full-time remote night shifts aligned with US EST business hours.

1. Daily Call/Connection Volume: 40–50 candidate discussions per day.
2. Submissions: High-quality candidate submissions per open requirement.
3. Time-to-Fill Efficiency: Swift turnaround time from job intake to candidate offer acceptance.
4. Placement Success: Target monthly/quarterly billable placements.
