Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals, particularly for technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Java, .NET, Cloud, and Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and social media.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.

Build strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand technology roles.

Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely closures.

Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills





1–3 years of IT recruitment experience.

Experience hiring for SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, or other enterprise technologies.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, and other job portals.

Good understanding of technical terminology and IT hiring processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience working with IT staffing or consulting organizations.

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment management tools.
