Role Summary We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to drive delivery of custom ERP solutions, integrations, and internally developed ISV products. This is not a coordination-only role. You will own timelines, push developers, communicate directly with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.
What You’ll Own- Manage multiple concurrent development projects (ERP customizations, integrations, ISVs)- Run daily/weekly standups and actively remove blockers- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks- Work directly with developers and development manager to validate scope, estimates, and feasibility- Track progress using tools like Smart Sheet and hold the team accountable- Communicate proactively with internal leadership and clients- Identify risks early and drive resolution—not just report them- Ensure deliverables meet both functional and business expectations What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)Communication- Fluent English (written and spoken)- Comfortable leading client calls and internal discussions Technical Understanding- Experience understanding APIs (REST, webhooks, integrations)- Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, Net Suite, SAP,
