About the Role

Develop and deploy AI solutions to automate HR recruitment, sales processes, procurement workflows, accounting process and operational efficiencies across steel manufacturing units. Focus on AI voice agents, interview bots, chatbots, and data analytics tools integrated with business systems to drive productivity and cost optimization.

Responsibilities & Outcomes :

- AI Solution Development & Deployment: Design, build, and deploy AI models, including voice agents, chatbots, and automation tools for recruitment interviews, vendor evaluation, and sales support.

→ Outcome: 30-50% reduction in manual tasks, seamless integration with business systems.

- Business Process Automation: Automate workflows in procurement, sales, Accounts and HR functions .

→ Outcome: Enhanced master data accuracy in SAP, faster hiring cycles, data-driven vendor selection.

- AI Tool Integration & Optimization: Partner with HR, procurement, and IT teams to identify AI opportunities; prototype solutions and contribute to group-wide digital transformation.

→ Outcome: Scalable AI tools reducing operational costs by 15-20%, improved process compliance.

- Model Training, Testing & Performance: Train AI models on business data for predictive analytics in HR,



sales forecasting, and risk assessment; monitor and refine for accuracy.

→ Outcome: 95%+ model precision, actionable insights for management.

- Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with HR, procurement, and IT teams to identify AI opportunities; prototype solutions and contribute to group-wide digital transformation.

→ Outcome: Innovative tools aligned with steel manufacturing goals, cross-functional efficiency gains.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain code repositories in GitHub, prepare documents for AI deployments, and provide quarterly reports on ROI and improvements.

→ Outcome: Audit-ready systems, knowledge transfer for team scalability.

Requirements

- 3-5 years in AI/ML development, with experience in business automation.

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NLP for chatbots/voice agents, and API integration.
- Hands-on with AI tools for data processing, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and experience deploying production AI systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science/IT/AI/Data Science; MBA in Business Analytics a plus.​
- Experience with iOS app development, Streamlit apps, or agentic AI.​

- Portfolio of AI projects in automation.
