Education: B.E. (Mechanical) / MBA Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute product positioning strategies based on SWOT analysis and market intelligence.

Monitor market trends, emerging applications, and business growth opportunities.

Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Provide techno-commercial support to the sales team, including product references, competitive comparisons, and customer presentations.

Recommend the most effective technical and commercial solutions to customers and principals.

Conduct product demonstrations, internal trials, and product validations.

Act as a technical consultant for customers and channel partners.





Drive product line profitability and take complete ownership of product performance.

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Service, and Management teams to achieve business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E. (Mechanical) with MBA preferred.

10–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Capital Equipment.

2–5 years of Product Management experience.

Solid commercial acumen and business development skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to work cross-functionally and lead product initiatives independently.
