This is not a roadmap-and-meetings product manager role. You will own products from idea to production -- working directly with founders and engineers to define problems, prioritize solutions, write detailed product requirements, and ensure high-quality execution. You must be comfortable working closely with highly technical engineering teams. What You'll Do
Own product strategy and execution across multiple AI initiatives
Work directly with enterprise clients to deeply understand business problems
Convert customer requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
Prioritize features based on customer impact, engineering effort, and business value
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and AI teams throughout development
Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product delivery
Define success metrics and continuously improve products based on customer feedback
Ensure products are intuitive, scalable, and solve real-world business challenges
Coordinate launches and communicate product updates across stakeholders What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or Senior Software Engineer
Extremely high ownership attitude, and you must be very technical
Passion for software/AI Experience working closely with software engineering teams
Ability to write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
High ownership with exceptional attention to detail
