Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in South Indian, Chinese, Tandoori, and Tawa cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their assigned kitchen section, preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian, Chinese, Tandoori, and Tawa dishes as per company standards.
- Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen section efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control measures.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff when required.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of all menu items.
- Follow standard recipes and kitchen operating procedures.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) in South Indian, Chinese, Tandoori, and Tawa cuisine.




- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced kitchen workplace.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Culinary certification or relevant qualification is preferred.

Salary

Starting from ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) + Free Accommodation + Free Food
