About the Role

Discover WebTech is looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer with experience in Next.js and Python to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2+ years of experience who are eager to build scalable web applications and work on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain contemporary, responsive web applications using Next.js and React.js.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required Skills

- Python is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Next.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understanding of backend development using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask is preferred.




- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Mandatory Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
- Willingness to work onsite from our Indore office.
- Candidates currently residing in Indore or willing to relocate will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Internship or project experience in full-stack web development is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, Docker, or CI/CD is a plus.
