CSE Solutions is manufacturing Electrical and Control Panels and is exporting to several countries and catering to various customer segments. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator whose roles and responsbilities are as follows:

Responsibilities:

- Intake and logging: register inquiries in Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management; create tracker rows with target dates; assign owners.
- Coordination: track proposal inputs and versions; maintain the follow-up log; ensure follow-ups happen as planned.
- Vendor registrations: fill forms, upload documents, submit, and track status to closure.
- Tender submissions: prepare forms and annexures, coordinate internal inputs, upload on portals, and submit on or before the stipulated date and time.
- Dashboards and reviews: publish weekly summaries on offer progress, on-time performance, open risks, and items due this week.
- Tool stewardship: ensure trackers and dashboards function correctly; if an issue arises,



liaise with the internal or external developer until resolved.
- Order booking support: run a purchase order verification checklist and compile a clean order-booking pack.

Eligibility:

- Graduate or diploma holder with 2–6 years in sales coordination, vendor registration, or tenders.
- Strong organisation and follow-up; comfortable with portals and document control; good email etiquette.
- Positive Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
