Hands-on experience in handling end to end Engineering change management systems (ERN, ECR, etc.) in the existing and recent products

Process improvements, Process optimization, line balancing and related tools and facility selections.

Existing and New Process Design & Development, Shop layout, Material Handling Systems, Greenfield and brown field projects.

Proficient in lead and drive the team to achieve business requirements.

Systematic Problem solving approach, using Quality systems, Lean methodology, Continuous improvement and 5S.

Skilled in developing Process Documents PFD, PFEMA, Control Plan, SOP
