About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST compliance, TDS calculations, and other statutory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor financial transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in financial analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation of all accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good understanding of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation basics will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
