Maintain inventory records accurately in the ERP/LIMS/software.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels and consumption.
Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile system inventory with physical stock.
Ensure proper store management, including stock arrangement, FIFO/FEFO implementation, and housekeeping.
Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) and coordinate Purchase Orders (PO) with the corporate procurement team.
Follow up with vendors and the corporate team for timely PO processing and material delivery.
Coordinate inter-lab stock transfers to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
Monitor expiry dates and minimize inventory losses due to expiry.
Prepare and submit inventory, consumption, stock variance, and aging reports.
Coordinate with laboratory operations to ensure uninterrupted availability of consumables and reagents.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, inventory control policies, and audit requirements.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation. Escalate critical shortages, delayed deliveries, and inventory discrepancies to the regional manager and corporate supply chain.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year
