- Assist in mold assembly, disassembly, and maintenance activities.
- Clean molds, dies, inserts, and tool room equipment after use.
- Support preventive maintenance of injection molds.
- Handle tools, measuring instruments, and spare parts safely.
- Maintain proper tool identification and storage.
- Assist in loading and unloading molds using lifting equipment under supervision.
- Record tool movement, maintenance activities, and inventory details.
- Support machining operations such as drilling, tapping, polishing, and grinding as instructed.
- Report damaged tools or abnormal conditions to the Tool Room In-charge.
- Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping in the tool room.
- Follow safety procedures and wear the required PPE.
- Assist during mold trials and production changeovers when required.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
