Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure custom applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The position demands overseeing the application development process from conception to deployment, while continuously aligning solutions with organizational goals and user requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the planning and execution of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Solid experience in designing and implementing custom SharePoint solutions including workflows, web parts, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SharePoint Online environments.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Framework, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Graph API to extend platform capabilities.
- Experience in managing application lifecycle, including deployment, version control, and performance optimization.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
