Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer with expertise in storyboarding and Articulate Storyline 360. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw content into engaging instructional storyboards and developing interactive, SCORM-compliant eLearning modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze source content and convert it into well-structured instructional storyboards.
- Design engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles.
- Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.
- Create quizzes, simulations, branching scenarios, knowledge checks, and assessments.
- Integrate multimedia elements such as audio, video, animations, and graphics.
- Publish SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses compatible with LMS platforms.
- Work closely with SMEs, project managers, graphic designers, and QA teams.
- Review, test, and troubleshoot Storyline courses before delivery.
- Ensure courses meet quality, branding, and accessibility standards.




- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in eLearning development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
- Experience creating detailed instructional storyboards.
- Good understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS deployment.
- Experience with variables, triggers, layers, and advanced Storyline interactions.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
