Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Real Estate (Residential Sales)

Location: GHP Group, 3rd Floor, Millennium Tower, Behind IOC Petrol Pump, Opp. IIT, BSNL Colony, Powai, Mumbai – 400076

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Real Estate Sales professionals for a leading Real Estate Developer in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle residential property sales from inquiry to closure
- Conduct client meetings, site visits & follow-ups
- Generate sales through direct clients and channel partners (CP)
- Negotiate and close deals successfully
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate Sales
- Experience in residential property closing preferred
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and incentive-driven personality
- Graduate mandatory

Preferred Candidates





- Experience with Developers or Real Estate Mandate Firms
- Immediate or early joiners preferred
- Candidates comfortable with high-value residential sales preferred

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA + Attractive Incentives
