Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales and business development, with a passion for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
- Generate leads, establish current client relationships, and nurture existing ones.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.




- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
