We are looking for a skilled Hardware & Network Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing IT hardware and networking equipment. This is a field-based role that requires visiting customer locations to provide installation and technical support.

Salary

- ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience)

Requirements

- Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Hardware, Networking, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in computer hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with TV installation and repair.
- Experience with Paytm machine installation and servicing.
- Knowledge of Vista software.
- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure,



troubleshoot, and repair desktop computers, laptops, and hardware components.
- Install and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, Wi-Fi devices, and network cabling.
- Install, configure, and repair printers (laser, inkjet, thermal, and barcode printers).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Paytm POS/payment machines.
- Install and repair TVs and related display devices.
- Install, configure, and provide support for Vista software.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Visit customer sites for installation, maintenance, and technical support.
- Maintain service reports and ensure customer satisfaction.
