Replate turns unsold food from bakeries, cafés, and restaurants into discounted Surprise Bags. Your job is to grow our partner network on the ground.
- Visit shortlisted bakeries, cafés, and restaurants in your city and pitch Replate to owners/managers (we provide the pitch kit, demand data for their area, and training)
- Onboard interested partners: help them complete our 5-minute signup (menu details, veg/egg/non-veg flags, pickup window, one photo)
- Follow up with warm leads and hand over active partners to our operations flow
- Share on-ground feedback - objections you hear, competitor activity, which pitches land
You'll work directly with the founders, see how a live marketplace runs end to end, and your results are unambiguous: every partner you sign goes live on the platform, usually within days.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
