About the Role:

LALCO GROUP are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly driven Trade Manager to lead our export trade operations and expand our overseas sales. This role requires a resilient self-starter who can handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines with time and effort. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, with robust team management experience and a passion for cultivating new business opportunities. You will work full-time primarily in Vientiane, with occasional responsibilities in remote farming areas to support our growth in international trade.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee and manage export trade operations, ensuring efficient processes and successful overseas sales.

● Cultivate and maintain relationships with international clients, exploring new avenues to grow the client base and increase revenue.

● Produce concise and comprehensive periodical reports for higher management, providing valuable insights and updates on trade performance and opportunities.

● Lead and manage a team with strong leadership skills,



fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

● Act independently and creatively to identify new business opportunities and enhance trade operations.

● Work effectively under pressure, managing time and resources to meet challenging deadlines. Qualifications:

● Experience: Minimum of 3 years in export trade, with a proven track record in handling trade operations and overseas sales.

● Language Skills: Fluency in English or Japanese is required.

● Management Skills: Prior experience in team management, demonstrating highly developed leadership abilities.

● Proactive and Resilient: Extremely proactive, able to handle high-pressure situations with a strong sense of urgency and dedication.

● Flexibility: Willingness to work partly outside the capital in a remote farming area, as needed.

Compensation: A competitive salary starting at $2,000 per month, with the potential for negotiation based on experience and skills.
