Mechanical Engineer (MEP)
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate HVAC, fire protection, and utility systems for building projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, equipment schedules, and project documentation.
- Develop and review AutoCAD drawings and Revit MEP (BIM) models.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and plumbing teams.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NFPA, and NBC standards.
Required Skills
- Experience in MEP consulting and building services design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP is preferred.
- Good understanding of HVAC, Fire Fighting Systems, and utility services.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, equipment selection, and technical documentation.
- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
