Role Overview
In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of our organic search strategy. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing SEO campaigns to boost Kilowott’s online visibility, drive high-intent organic traffic, and support overall digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and implement our comprehensive SEO strategy (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).
- Keyword Research & Mapping: Conduct deep keyword research to identify high-value, low-competition, and intent-driven search terms to guide our content strategy.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website copy, landing pages, blogs, meta tags, and images to maximize search rankings.
- Technical SEO: Collaborate with our development team to audit and improve site architecture, page speed, mobile-friendliness, schema markup, and crawlability.
- Link Building: Execute ethical, white-hat backlink acquisition strategies to build domain authority.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and copywriters to ensure all published material is search-optimized and aligned with user intent.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console,



and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Provide actionable reports on traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Stay Updated: Keep pace with SEO industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitive landscapes to keep Kilowott ahead of the curve.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in managing SEO and digital marketing campaigns (agency experience is a big plus).
- SEO Toolset: Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how CMS platforms (like WordPress) impact SEO performance.
- Analytical Mindset: Robust data analytics skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate SEO requirements to both content creators and developers.
