Ecotech India supplies engineering products and environmental solutions to industrial and marine clients. We are hiring an Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, and compliance from our Kadavanthra office.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Prepare GST-compliant sales E-invoices and purchase entries
- File monthly GST returns on time
- Handle TDS deduction, payment, reconciliation, and return filing
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Carry out bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Handle import and export accounting, documentation, and reconciliations
- Create and maintain inventory records in Tally ERP
- Prepare financial statements and schedules for statutory audit
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants during audit finalization
- Prepare MIS reports to support management decisions

Requirements:

- B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of GST law,



returns, and input credit reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with GST and TDS provisions and filings
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, including the inventory module
- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet statutory deadlines

Preferred

- Experience in an engineering, trading, manufacturing, or import-export company
- Familiarity with commercial and shipping documentation
