Job Summary:
You'll manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements to contribute to our organization's success.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and ledger reconciliations
- Handle GST, TDS, and tax compliance
- Lead audits and ensure statutory compliance
- Review and guide teammates on assigned tasks
- Manage team and drive process improvements
- Handle book closure and MIS reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with hands-on experience in GST and TDS compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Experience in managing a team
