Oberoi Law Chambers is looking for a dedicated and qualified Telecalling cum Client Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and senior authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients on a daily basis through calls and messages.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with senior authorities and clients to facilitate smooth communication.
- Maintain records of client interactions and updates.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups as required.
- Ensure high standards of client service and confidentiality.

Requirements :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English,



Punjabi, Hindi).
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or client relationship management is preferred but not mandatory.
