About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative, proactive, and driven Growth Marketing Associate who is passionate about building a brand from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, branding, storytelling, community building, and turning ideas into action.

As an early member of the team, your role will go far beyond traditional marketing. You won't simply be helping us promote the brand you'll help build it. You'll have the opportunity to shape the brand's voice, personality, and growth while working closely with the founders on creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.

Plan and execute content shoots, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for brand-related content.

Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, viral formats, and cultural conversations, and identify opportunities to leverage them for brand growth.

Create and edit Instagram Reels using Instagram's native editing tools.

Build, engage, and nurture an online community through meaningful interactions.

Brainstorm creative ideas for products, campaigns, collaborations, and content.

Work closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life.

Help establish and maintain a premium, authentic, and consistent brand identity.

Contribute to shaping the brand's voice, personality, and culture.

Take ownership of ideas and proactively identify opportunities to improve the brand.

Experiment with new content formats, campaigns, and creative strategies to drive brand growth.

Requirements

Must own a positive-quality camera (DSLR, mirrorless, or an equivalent high-quality camera).

Prior experience in content creation and social media marketing is preferred.

Should be comfortable editing Reels using Instagram's built-in editing features.

Strong understanding of Instagram trends, audience engagement, and content that drives organic growth.

Passion for branding, creativity, and community building.
