We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team in Perumbavoor. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in editing engaging videos for digital platforms, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience creating high-performing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content. The candidate should be capable of transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit promotional videos, advertisements, corporate videos, and social media content.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio synchronization, and audio enhancement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Organize and manage video files, project assets, and editing workflows efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, and platform-specific content styles.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing.
- Experience in editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, or similar creative software is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and export settings.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is preferred.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

- Experience editing content for social media marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of current digital and social media content trends.
- Basic photography or videography knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
