HR Manager

Location: Rohini Sector 8, Delhi (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Manager to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, interview coordination, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Track recruitment status and prepare hiring reports.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with attendance and leave management.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, or Apna.
- Knowledge of interview scheduling and candidate management.
- Basic understanding of labour laws and HR practices.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
