- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory/region.
- Visit potential and existing customers regularly to promote the company’s packaging products and services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements or new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
