Job : Tech Lead (MEAN/MERN Stack)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in the MEAN/MERN Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, hands-on coding expertise, and proven experience managing development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering excellence.

The candidate should have experience working with international clients and exposure to AI/ML-powered applications, Generative AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Angular/React (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend).
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and scalable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best development practices.
- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness across multiple platforms.
- Design and manage databases, primarily MySQL, with knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis being an added advantage.
- Leverage TypeScript to build scalable, maintainable, and type-secure applications.
- Drive Agile development practices, sprint planning, estimations, and project execution.




- Manage source code using Git and contribute to CI/CD implementation and deployment strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective architectural solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with clients, understand business requirements, and provide technical consultation when required.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using Angular/React and Node.js.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading development teams as a Tech Lead or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MySQL (Mandatory); knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis is a plus.
- Expertise in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, System Design, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Experience developing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with international clients is preferred.

Good to Have Skills:

- Hands-on experience in DevOps practices, including application deployment and monitoring.
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Knowledge of code quality and auditing tools such as SonarQube.
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerised application deployment.
- Exposure to AI/ML applications, Generative AI, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, or other LLM-based technologies.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into web applications will be an added advantage
