Role Overview

Inductive Quotient Analytics is looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – AI & Application Development to lead the architecture and development of enterprise applications, data science solutions, and AI-powered products.

The candidate should have strong experience in Python, object-oriented programming, R, microservices, APIs, application security, databases, and solution architecture, along with at least one year of hands-on experience in AI and LLM-based product development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable enterprise applications.

- Develop backend services, APIs, analytical engines, and data-driven products using Python and R.

- Design microservices-based, secure, modular, and maintainable application architectures.

- Lead the development of AI and LLM solutions using Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Integrate machine learning and LLM models into production applications.

- Implement application security, authentication, authorisation, audit trails, encryption, and secure data handling.

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, performance optimisation, and technical troubleshooting.

- Guide developers, data scientists,



and AI engineers through the complete product-development lifecycle.

- Work closely with product, UI/UX, quality, domain, and business teams.

- Ability to rapidly build POCs and convert them into production-grade systems

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.

- Good experience in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture.

- Experience using R for data science, statistical computing, or analytics.

- Robust experience with FastAPI and ORM frameworks.

- Experience in microservices, REST APIs, database design, and system integrations.

- Strong experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, Graph & Vector databases – PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4J

- At least one year of hands-on experience in AI and LLM product development.

- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, and Claude, into scalable agentic AI applications

- Experience in open-source LLMs and private or on-premises AI deployment

- Experience with Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and AI agents.

- Experience with Docker, Git, Linux, CI/CD, and cloud or on-premises deployments.

- Understanding of application security, secure coding, API security, and role-based access control.

- Experience leading technical teams and delivering production-ready applications.

Preferred Skills

- React JS

- Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ

- Machine learning, NLP, document intelligence, or knowledge graphs

- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, or regulated applications

Qualification

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
