Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and management of all technical facilities within our automobile facility in Rudrapur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of building infrastructure, utilities, and MEP systems while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all building services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, DG sets, transformers, compressors, UPS, STP, WTP, and utility systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Supervise technical teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and energy optimization.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Prepare maintenance budgets and monitor operating expenses.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), vendor performance, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure all critical equipment is operating efficiently.
- Coordinate breakdown maintenance and emergency response activities to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain technical documentation, maintenance records,



equipment history, and statutory compliance reports.
- Support facility expansion, renovation, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across the facility.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless facility operations that support business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in technical facilities management, preferably in the automobile, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
- Experience in managing large industrial facilities and utility systems.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of MEP systems, industrial utilities, HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection systems, and building infrastructure.
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Vendor and contractor management.
- Budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, HSE regulations, and facility audits.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in CMMS, MS Office, and facility management software.
