We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead high-performing software engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of enterprise-scale solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in software development and architecture, proven people leadership experience, expertise in Azure cloud technologies, and the ability to leverage AI-driven engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of overall IT experience with a strong software engineering background.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing software engineering teams.
- Prior hands-on development, technical lead, or architecture experience.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technology stack and Azure cloud services.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven success in leading geographically distributed teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work from Hyderabad in a hybrid model and support shift-based project requirements.
