As we continue to expand our technical operations, we are looking for experienced professionals who can ensure seamless installation, configuration, and support of advanced LED display systems for our clients.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical cum sales Support with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Indoor LED Video Walls, Outdoor LED Video Walls, and Active LED Wall installations. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support at client locations.

Note: Candidates must be based in or around Mohali/Chandigarh and should be willing to travel for on-site installations and service visits. Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission Indoor & Outdoor LED Video Walls.

Install and troubleshoot Active LED Wall solutions.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and display-related technical issues.

Perform preventive maintenance and on-site servicing of LED display systems.

Ensure proper wiring, calibration, testing, and display optimization.





Coordinate with clients during installation, testing, and project handover.

Prepare installation reports and service documentation.

Provide remote and in office technical support whenever required.

Travel to customer locations for installation, maintenance, and technical assistance.

Qualifications

✔knowledge on Computer Hardware, or a related field.

✔ 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Indoor LED Video Walls, Outdoor LED Video Walls, or Active LED Wall solutions.

✔ Strong knowledge of LED display installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

✔ Familiarity with LED controllers, video processors, signal distribution, and AV equipment.

✔ Good problem-solving and communication skills.

✔Willingness to travel for project installations and customer support.

✔Candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, or nearby areas will be given preference.

✔ Freshers need not apply.
