Job Title: Technical Writer – Solutions & Delivery Documentation

Experience: 3+ years

Role Summary: Owns the full written document set for our banking-domain cloud and AI delivery engagements. Takes a one-page brief from a solution / technical architect, interviews developers, delivery leads, and data scientists, and independently produces complete, client-ready documents — writing the technical sections, not just formatting.

Deliverables include Statements of Work (SOW), Business Requirements Documents (BRD, with traceability and acceptance criteria), Azure / cloud execution plans, cloud-services clarifications, technical annexures, reference-architecture write-ups, and data / test-access specifications.

Keeps the document set internally consistent, traceable, and version-controlled, and turns review feedback around quickly to meet bid and milestone deadlines.

Mandatory

Skill • 3+ years authoring technical AND business documents (SOW, BRD, solution / architecture docs) in a software, cloud, or IT-services environment

- Able to learn a solution from a one-pager plus SME conversations and write the technical content independently
- Working knowledge of cloud (Azure preferred) and core AI / data concepts: cloud services, LLM / agentic solutions,



ML basics, data integration, security & governance
- Strong requirements writing: numbered requirements, traceability, testable acceptance criteria
- Excellent English across registers (executive summary to detailed technical spec)
- Advanced MS Word; architecture & flow diagramming (Visio / diagrams.net)
- Meticulous version control and cross-document consistency Positive To Have Skills • Banking / financial-services or fintech domain experience
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900 / AI-900 / DP-900)
- Presales / bid / proposal writing experience
- Responsible-AI or model-governance familiarity
- Agile delivery; Jira / Confluence
- Ability to read code and understand database schemas
- PowerPoint / Power BI for reference-architecture slides Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Technical Communication / English also acceptable)

Certifications - Not mandatory.

Preferred: Microsoft Azure AZ-900, AI-900, or DP-900; AZ-305 an added advantage Preferred Industry IT Services / Cloud & AI Consulting; Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain exposure preferred
