Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Technical Application Support/Management, preferably in an IoT or Automotive environment.

- Solid expertise in Apache Kafka, Confluent, and data streaming technologies.

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, AWS, and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Experience handling Incident Management, Problem Management, SLA Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Strong understanding of Connected Vehicles, Truck Telematics, Fleet Management, and Sensor Data Analytics.

- Knowledge of CAN Networks, DBC Files, SAE J1939, and FMS standards.

- Experience with ServiceNow, Agile (SAFe) methodologies, and Vendor Management.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Connected Truck applications,



ensuring high availability and operational excellence.

- Monitor application performance, proactively resolve incidents, and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Lead incident, problem, and SLA management while coordinating with global teams and third-party vendors.

- Analyze truck sensor and telematics data to identify anomalies and improve data quality.

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake.

- Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvements through automation and analytics.

- Mentor technical teams and lead structured problem-solving using RCA, 8D, and DMAIC methodologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional, global stakeholders to ensure seamless application delivery and support.

- Manage vendor relationships, technical risks, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and GDPR standards.
