Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Coordinate with service and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.

- Prepare technical reports and maintain service records.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality technical support.

- Follow company safety and quality standards.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of relevant technical support or service experience.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Robust communication and customer-handling abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.

- Willingness to travel locally if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
