Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate customer onboarding for the Customer Self-Service Platform & Control Tower follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation across business units
- Maintain and update programme deployment trackers, adoption dashboards, and status reports
- Liaise with CS teams across Rail, Freight Forwarding, Express, CL, FTWZ, CFS, and Coastal for rollout coordination
- Support UAT activities, platform testing, and bug documentation during current capability releases
- Assist in preparing data inputs for Control Tower reporting, MBR/QBR decks, and NPS/CSAT tracking
- Prepare MOM, stakeholder communications, and workshop coordination material.

What We Are Looking For

- Fresh graduate Engineering, Business, or any relevant discipline




- Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based platforms
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in following up with multiple stakeholders
- Basic understanding of technology platforms or logistics operations is an advantage
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram
